Shipping policy

We take care in every order — from roast to doorstep — to ensure your coffee arrives fresh, on time, and handled with respect.

Processing & Fulfillment

All coffee is roasted to order in small batches by our U.S. roasting partner in Temecula, California.

We roast throughout the week to maintain peak freshness and consistency. Orders typically process and ship within 3–5 business days of being placed.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes) ship free within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate based on destination and weight at checkout.

    All shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not yet ship internationally or to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

Because each batch is roasted fresh, please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

If it still hasn’t arrived, email contact@333Brotherhood.com and we’ll help track it down.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out with the option to reship.

A new shipping fee will apply in those cases. To avoid delays, please double-check your address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If a shipment is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier as “no delivery,” we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contact@333Brotherhood.com and we’ll make it right.
