Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the U.S. For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

All coffee is roasted to order and typically ships within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. For now, we only ship within the United States — but international shipping is coming soon.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because coffee is roasted fresh, we can’t accept returns once it leaves the roaster. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just reach out — we’ll make it right.

How do I join the Brotherhood?
